We the People…
Not We the Corporations
Come hear a rousing talk
by David Cobb
of Move to Amend
about the history and current state
of corporate rule in our country.
PROPOSED: We, the People of the United States of America,
reject the U.S. Supreme Court’s Citizens United
ruling, and move to amend our Constitution to firmly establish
that money is not speech, and that human beings,
not corporations, are persons entitled to constitutional rights.

February 6, Popular artist, Linda O’Toole will set up her easel to paint at 3G Gallery on Wednesday, February 6, from 10:00am - 3:00pm. Many of you were delighted with her seascapes and we thank you for those purchases. Her recent work called Space, Distance and Light explodes with color. She is painting the wonders of creation that reflect what’s out there…from our nearest neighbors the Moon and the Sun, to far off destinies like the galaxy Eridanus (100 million light years from home). Her joy for life is evident in her work. Linda is a self-taught artist and maintains degrees in Neuroscience and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh.

Hope to see you all next Wednesday! Warm Regards, Coleen Rush and Amy Rush Scafuri,

CWE Business Skills Development Workshops
The Me; The Market; The Money
8:30am-12:00noon
Cost: $35

Business entrepreneurship is sometimes an elusive term, often accompanied by thoughts where snap judgments, quick decisions and high levels of risks are the norm. To the contrary, entrepreneurship is founded on the basis of knowledge and understanding of the various segments of a business activity.

This program begins by examining the entrepreneur, identifying key attributes and desires of the individual and then focusing on whether the business can meet those requirements. Next, the product or service being offered is evaluated in terms of market conditions and the extent of potential demand for that product or service. Finally, fundamental financial aspects of entrepreneurship are presented so that the individual has an understanding of the financial tools necessary for evaluating business opportunities.
